The Office of Student Activities operates under the supervision of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and the Coordinator for Student Affairs and Student Activities. The primary function of this office is to coordinate extracurricular activities for all medical and graduate students. Major annual events include the Crawfish Boil. The office of Student Activities also works closely with such student organizations as the Executive Council and the Pulse (the LSUHSC-S yearbook), and it supervises the election of all class and Executive Council officers
