SHREVEPORT is a major city in Northwestern corner of the State of Louisiana. The city is located on the banks of the Red River, approximately 30 miles SOUTH of the Arkansas border and approximately 15 miles EAST of the Texas border. The population of Shreveport is approximately 200,000.
