  KidMed screening is mandotory under Louisiana Medicaid effective June 1, 2003.  
     
  Services Include:  
 
  • Head to toe phyiscal
  
 
  • Beginning at age 4, vision & hearing screening
  
 
  • First well baby check at 2 weeks until 17 years & 11 months
  
 
  • Immunizations
