Vending Services at LSUHSC
Sodexho has partnered with Refreshment Solutions to provide Vending Services at LSUHSC with vending machines located in various places around the campus. Each vending machine has a Sticker on on the front of the machine with a Ref: number that identifies the machine. Please see example below.
Reporting a Problem
If a machine malfunctions, please call the number on the sticker 1-800-370-1282 to report the machine to Refreshment Solutions.
Obtaining a Refund
If you have lost some money in a machine, please bring the Machine Number and Please be prepared to present a Photo ID for refund request for the amount lost to the vending machine in the Atrium Deli & Coffee Bar or the Cafe. The Deli is available for refund request on Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or the Cafe is available for refund request Monday thru Friday 6:30 am to 9:00 pm and on Weekends and Holidays 6:30 am to 7:00 pm.
