| Placing Your Order | |
| We request that all catering orders be placed 72 hours in advance. There will be no charge for cancellations if made 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will be subject to a service charge according to the nature of the function. | Deliveries, Staffing, Linen | |
| All catering deliveries to the Hospital, Medical School, and Allied Health will incur a $5.00 service charge. All catering deliveries to Feist-Weiller Cancer Center will incur a $10.00 service charge. Carving chef and room attendants will require an additional charge of $12.50 per person per hour. Linen service is provided at an additional charge. | |
