Jazz up that document: Utilizing online resources for Graphics
Do you wish that you had access to more clipart than what is on your PC? Well, you do. Microsoft has online clipart that you can access. You can access this clipart from within most any Microsoft Office application (instructions below) or you can go directly to the website at http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/default.aspx).
To
insert a graphic from online, Click on Insert, go to Picture and click
on
Clip Art and once
the window come up choose clips online (click <alt>+ <c> using
your keyboard). If you receive a message about web access, just click ok.

You will be taken to Microsoft’s website for clipart and from there you can search for the right graphic to insert into your document.
In this example, the search
is for happy holidays and choice is to search only Clip art. Other
options you can search on this site are photos, animations, sounds or all
media types.
To insert the file into your document, click the down arrow next to the graphic and choose copy…

……and then you go back to your document and choose paste.
