Other issues concerning Sexual Harassment

The legal definition has been interpreted to protect individuals from sexual harassment while off the University premises depending on the circumstances.

Proven cases of sexual harassment constitute grounds for immediate dismissal or appropriate disciplinary action.

It is the responsibility of all LSUHSC employees in a supervisory position to ensure that the work environment is free from sexual harassment.
