What is the procedure at LSUHSC-S if a sexual harassment complaint is made?

Complaints or allegations of sexual harassment should be presented by the aggrieved employee to the immediate supervisor or higher up in the chain of command.

The Assistant Director for Employee Relations should be made aware of circumstances surrounding the allegations.

Determinations shall be made on a case-by-case basis.
