Create
a work environment which is free of sexual or racial comments of any
kind.
Make
it clear to all employees, in understandable terms, that sexual and
racial harassment will not be tolerated and will be dealt with seriously.
Become
knowledgeable with the LSUHSC policy and procedure on sexual harassment.
Don't
ignore any complaints of harassment.
